Tonight's Matchup: The San Francisco Bulls (8-13-3-1) begin a three-in-three weekend series against the Colorado Eagles (15-6-3-1), tonight, at the Cow Palace. This is the fourth of nine meetings between these teams this season. The Bulls are 0-3-0-0 in the season series with the Eagles.

Last Saturday, San Francisco came back to win a thriller against the Stockton Thunder, 6-5 in a shootout. The Bulls found themselves down 4-1 late in the second period, before storming back with four consecutive goals. A late Thunder goal tied the game back up at 5-5, sending the contest into extra time. In the shootout, Tyler Beskorowany stopped four of five shots, and San Francisco got scores from Dean Ouellet and Brett Findlay to win it. Tyler Gron, Scott Langdon, Findlay, and Steven Tarasuk (2) had goals in the game. Findlay, Dale Mitchell, Ouellet, Jordan Morrison, Tarasuk, Magomed Gimbatov (2), Dylan King, and Kalvin Sagert had helpers.

Defenseman Tarasuk finished off the comeback on Saturday night with two goals in just over five minutes. He also had an assist, marking his first career three-point game. It was the second time in his career that he had netted two tallies in a game. On the season, he has seven points (2g, 5a).

Findlay continues to move his way up the ECHL rookie scoring leaders. He sits in 12th with 16 points (5g, 11a) this season. His 11 assists lead the team, and his 16 points are tied for tops on the squad.

Tonight, the Bulls will likely face Colorado netminder Marc Cheverie. The workhorse has been one of the league's best goalies this season. He ranks third in wins (12), third in minutes played (1,036), and tied for seventh in goals against average (2.20).

San Francisco is in sixth place in the Western Conference with 21 points. They are two points ahead of the Las Vegas Wranglers. The Eagles are in second place in the Western Conference with 34 points. They are four points behind the conference-leading Ontario Reign, and three points up on the Alaska Aces.

Tonight, the Bulls will be beginning their weekend of holiday giveaways with a Bulls Stocking. The first 1,000 fans in attendance will receive a Bulls Holliday Stocking. Fans are also encouraged to bring in small items to put in the players' stockings.

Tomorrow San Francisco will be right back at it against the Eagles. The game begins at 7:30 pm.
