
Serrano back to Reno, Simmons promoted to Mobile

MOBILE, AL -- The Mobile BayBears and Arizona Diamondbacks have announced that on Wednesday, May 14, RHP Mark Serrano has been promoted back to AAA Reno. RHP Seth Simmons has been promoted from Class A Visalia to Class AA Mobile.
Serrano, pitched in one game for Mobile, allowing just one earned run on five hits over five innings.
Simmons joins the BayBears from Class A Advanced, Visalia. Simmons is 2-2 with a 6.08 ERA. the righty has allowed nine earned runs on 16 hits, walking nine and striking out 18 in 13 games with the Rawhide.
