Saginaw's Evan Cormier was summoned to the bench, as Cameron Zanussi suited up to relieve Cormier of his goaltending duties. Mitchell Stephens registered his second tally of the night on a three-on-two rush at 18:51, putting the Spirit within two-goals of the Wolves.
