Sebastian Dahm And TJ Fast Rejoin Rivermen

PEORIA, Ill. (November 24, 2009) - Peoria Rivermen General Manager Kevin McDonald announced today the St. Louis Blues have reassigned defenseman T.J Fast from the Blues' ECHL affiliate, the Alaska Aces, to the Rivermen. In addition, the Rivermen have recalled goaltender Sebastian Dahm from loan to Alaska.

Fast, 22, has played two games for the Rivermen this season, Oct. 24 vs. Rockford and Nov. 5 vs. San Antonio. He did not record a point and has a plus-one rating. He has appeared in nine games for the Aces this year and has three points (two goals, one assist) and eight penalty minutes.

A native of Calgary, Alberta, Fast was drafted by the Los Angeles Kings, 60th overall, in the 2005 NHL Entry Draft. Last year, he split his rookie season between the Rivermen (46 games) and the Aces (nine regular season, 18 playoff games).

Dahm, 22, is 5-5-0 with a 3.01 goals-against average and a.905 save percentage with the Aces this season. He attended training camp with the Rivermen before being loaned to the Aces for the start of the ECHL campaign. Last season, the Danish netminder appeared in 24 games with the Syracuse Crunch and was 10-11-0 with a 2.66 GAA. He also saw action in five games for the Johnstown Chiefs (ECHL).
