MORNING BASEBALL PART : The Sea Dogs clinched a winning roadtrip with yesterday's victory, and wrap-up the roadie this morning against Reading at First Energy Stadium...At 15-9, Portland holds the best record in the Eastern League and seeks their fifth straight win (would tie a season-high)...Portland has won all four road series to start the season and looks for their first road-series sweep since taking three straight at New Britain on August 20-22, 2012.

PITCHING WINS, YET AGAIN : Matt Barnes (2-1) fanned a Double-A high 10 batters and Shannon Wilkerson hit the game-winning homer in the seventh, as Portland beat Reading 2-1...Barnes worked six innings on three hits, one run, two walks and punched out 10...Portland took a 1-0 lead in the first inning on a run-scoring double by J.C. Linares...Reading tied the game in the fourth on Jim Murphy's lead-off homer...Chris Martin recorded his second save, working 1.1 innings, and inducing a 6-4-3 double play to end the game.
