RUBBER MATCH WITH THE DUBBERDUCKS : Today the Sea Dogs and RubberDucks play the rubber match of their three-game series at Hadlock Field. With a win, the Sea Dogs will complete a winning homestand as well as a second-straight series win. Heri Quevedo makes a spot start for Portland against Adam Plutko of Akron.
ABOUT LAST NIGHT : The Sea Dogs took game two of the series 6-4 on Saturday night. Carlos Asuaje homered for the second straight day and went 3-for-4 with three RBI and a run scored. Sam Travis hit his third home run of the season - a towering shot over the Maine Monster - and finished the game 2-for-4 with two RBI and two runs scored.
