Today, the SeaWolves look for their first series sweep of the season as they take on the New Hampshire Fisher Cats (Toronto Blue Jays) in the final game of a three-game series at Northeast Delta Dental Stadium. Last night, the SeaWolves won their fourth straight over the Cats. The 'Wolves jumped out to a 5-0 lead and held on for the two-run win. Erie has won the season series from New Hampshire for the first time since 2009... Tonight, RHP Michael Fulmer makes his 19th start of the season, third with the SeaWolves and third against the Fisher Cats. Fulmer has taken a pair of no-decisions in his previous two starts against the 'Cats, posting a 4.91 ERA. Fulmer earned a win, his fourth straight, in his last start against Harrisburg on August 9. In the game. he tossed six shutout innings, allowing five hits with a walk and five strikeouts. Erie on the game 5-0... RHP Austin Bibns-Dirkx takes the mound for the Fisher Cats making his 16th appearance, 13th start and first start against Erie. Bibens-Dirkx took a loss in his last start against Akron on August 11. In the game, he allowed five runs on nine hits with two walks and six strikeouts in five innings of work. Bibnes-Dirkx has also made five appearances, three starts, for Triple-A Buffalo where he posted an 0-1 record and 4.67 ERA.
