K-Wings to Take Part in Scottish Festival on August 23rd
Kalamazoo, MI- The Kalamazoo Wings of the United Hockey League announce that the Harold Zeigler Auto Group's K-Wings Karavan along with last season's K-Wings Captain Chad Dameworth and zany mascot Slappy will be visiting the Kalamazoo Scottish Festival on Saturday, August 23rd.
The Scottish Festival runs from 9 A.M. to 6 P.M. at the Kalamazoo County Fairgrounds. Tickets for the festival are $8 for adults, $4 for kid's ages 6-15, and kid's 5 and under are admitted free.
The K-Wings will be participating in the Scottish Festival from 12-3 pm, as Chad Dameworth, along with the Slappy will be signing autographs for kids at the Kalamazoo Wings table.
In addition to the K-Wings Karavan, the K-Wings and the Harold Zeigler Auto Group have also formed a partnership to bring fans the Kalamazoo Wings Meijer Puck Shoot Booth. This massive 16'x 12'x 16' inflatable gives fans the opportunity to test their shooting skills.
The K-Wings Karavan is a Dodge Caravan provided by the Harold Zeigler Auto Group designed to promote the K-Wings, the sport of hockey, as well as family fun. The Kalamazoo Wings will be cruising through southwest Michigan this summer promoting the sport of hockey and encouraging fans to "Get into the Game."
