Save-On-Foods Player Appearance Sunday

Abbotsford Heat News Release


The Abbotsford Heat will be at the Abbotsford Save-On-Foods location (2140 Sumas Way) on January 10th. Save-On Foods will be raffling off a team autographed Heat jersey and other great prizes with all the proceeds going to the BC Children's Hospital. Since Save-On-Foods began supporting children's hospitals in BC and Alberta, together with supplier partners, team members and customers, they have raised over 12 million dollars for child care in the two provinces they serve.

"The Abbotsford Heat are proud to help out the community any way we can. If having team members show up will help build on the tremendous commitment Save-On-Foods has made to improving the care of children in need then the Heat are happy to assist these special kids and Save-On-Foods," said Heat Community Relations Manager, Sarah Garrett.

Heat Captain Brett Palin and Alternate Captain Carsen Germyn will be on hand from 1pm-3pm signing autographs and meeting fans.
