SPOKANE, Wash. - Tyler Sanchez hit a game-tying, two-out solo home run in the ninth inning to force extras, and again hit a walk-off blast in the 11th inning to push the Indians past the Volcanoes 5-3 in front of 6,853 fans at Avista Stadium on Friday night. It was Yoke's $1 Family Feast Night presented by Yoke's Fresh Markets and 92.9 ZZU.

Both of Sanchez's homers went over the left field wall, and were his fourth and fifth of the season. All five of Sanchez's home runs have been game-tying or -winning in the ninth inning or later.

Reliever Jeffrey Springs tossed four innings to end the contest, earning his second win of the year. He struck out two and walked one. Joe Palumbo made his sixth start of the season for Spokane, giving up two runs - one earned - in five innings. He struck out five while lowering his ERA to 2.64.

Yeyson Yrizarri had two hits including an RBI single to left. Yrizarri raised his average to .283, and is now third on the team with 19 total RBI. LeDarious Clark, Oliver Caraballo and Tyler Sanchez each added one hit in the contest. Diego started the scoring in the first after he hit a line drive bullet to centerfield to drive in Dylan Moore.

Spokane used three pitchers in the sixth inning. After Ashton Perritt loaded the bases without recording an out, Jason Richman was called upon. Richman faced one batter, striking him out, before Kohsuke Tomita entered the game to escape the jam.
