
San Diego Skates Away With Win In Dayton

Dayton, OH â The Dayton Bombers dropped a 2-1 decision to the San Diego Gulls in front of 4,279 at the Nutter Center Friday night.
Bombers All Star forward TYLER KOLARIK opened the scoring with his team-leading 13th goal of the season at 7:54 of the first period.
Second period goals from Mike Garrow at 6:34 and Chris Lynch at 18:42 gave the San Diego Gulls a 2-1 lead, and there was no scoring in the third period. The Gulls 7-game road trip continues with game number 3 in Toledo tomorrow.
Before the game, STEVE SELF, JAMIE LING and LYLE STEIG were inducted into the Dayton Hockey Hall of Fame as members of the class of 2005.
The Bombers return to action tomorrow (Sunday) afternoon when they host the Reading Royals. Audio coverage begins at 2:00 PM at daytonbombers.com.
The Dayton Bombers will host their annual "Guns and Hoses" event for area police officers and firefighters on February 18th when the Johnstown Chiefs invade the Nutter Center at 7:00 PM. For tickets and information call, the Bombers' office at 937-775-4747.
