Bombers Make Roster Moves

DAYTON, OH – The Dayton Bombers of the ECHL announced a number of roster changes on Saturday. Defenseman TYLER SLOAN was recalled by the Syracuse Crunch (AHL); Right Winger JANNE JOKILA was reassigned to Dayton from the Syracuse Crunch; Defenseman GRADY MOORE was reassigned to Dayton from the Milwaukee Admirals (AHL); newly acquired goaltender SIMON LAJEUNESSE has not yet joined the team because of weather-related travel problems; and the Bombers signed Emergency Back-Up Goaltender TONY BRESLIN.

SLOAN has recorded 3 goals, 6 assists, 9 points and 47 penalty minutes in 26 games with Dayton this season. He has also played in two games with Syracuse this season. The Crunch host the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins tonight (Saturday) at the Onondaga County War Memorial.

JOKILA recorded no points in two games with the Crunch, while he has 12 goals, 11 assists, 23 points and 34 penalty minutes with the Bombers this season.

MOORE played for the Milwaukee Admirals last night (Friday) in a 1-0 loss to the Mighty Ducks in Cincinnati. He has 2 goals, 11 assists, 13 points and 32 penalty minutes with Dayton this season.

LAJEUNESSE was acquired in a trade with the Gwinnett Gladiators this week, but has encountered weather-related travel delays in Atlanta, Georgia.

The Bombers return to action tonight when they host the San Diego Gulls. Audio coverage begins at 7:00 PM at daytonbombers.com.
