RUMBLE PONIES USE BIG FOURTH ON THE FOURTH: Binghamton's five-run fourth inning earned them a lead they'd never relinquish in a 7-5 win against Erie on Wednesday night. Mickey Jannis picked up his sixth win, tossing five innings, while Levi Michael collected three of the Ponies 11 hits.

BINGHAMTON STARTER: RHP Joe Cavallaro makes his Double-A debut after being promoted from Columbia (Low-A). In 12 starts with the Fireflies, he won eight times, tied for best in the South Atlantic League. His posted a 2.09 ERA (8th), while opponents hit just .199 against him (3rd). The 22-year-old was a 24th round draft pick in 2017.

UP THE TOTEM POLE: Binghamton's back-to-back wins has vaulted them back in to a tie for third place in the Eastern Division with Hartford. The Ponies hadn't been in third since June 22.

PONY 'PEN: Rumble Ponies relievers have not allowed a run over the last two games. In 5.1 innings, they've allowed five hits without issuing a walk. David Roseboom, Matt Blackham, and Corey Taylor combined to finish Wednesday's win with 4.0 scoreless innings.

WIN-SDAY: Binghamton's series-opening victory is just their fourth Wednesday win this season. Last time the Ponies notched a mid-week win was on June 6 at Harrisburg.

YOU'RE AN ALL-STAR: Tim Tebow, Levi Michael, Nabil Crismatt, Daniel Zamora, and Patrick Mazeika will represent the Rumble Ponies at the All-Star Classic, hosted by the Trenton Thunder on July 10 & 11. It marks the second straight season Binghamton sends five to the All-Star Game. All five Ponies will enjoy their first trip to the Eastern League All-Star Game. Zamora and Mazeika played in the FSL All-Star Game last year.

ALLENTOWN: Josh Allen had a hit in each game of the five-game series at Portland, finishing 7-for-19. He has a hit in 14 of 17 games since being signed by the Mets and is hitting .326 on the road.

MICHAEL STILL MASHING: Levi Michael went 3-for-4 on Wednesday, his team-leading 22nd multi-hit game of the season. It's the infielder's second three-hit game in the last 10 days; he has a hit in 12 of his last 13 games.

BINGHAMTON BEATDOWN: The Rumble Ponies have topped the SeaWolves 10 times in 13 tries this season, making Binghamton the only team in the Eastern League to have at least 10 wins against two opponents. The Ponies also have 10 victories against the Fisher Cats.

UP NEXT: Binghamton continues its five-game battle with Erie on Friday evening. RHP Sandy Baez tosses for the SeaWolves in the third game of the set. First pitch at NYSEG Stadium is scheduled for 7:05 PM.
