LAST GAME RECAP: In his return to Richmond, Matt Gage held the Flying Squirrels scoreless in his six innings, helping the Rumble Ponies to a 5-1 series-opening win. Joey Terdoslavich, Tomas Nido, and Levi Michael picked up multi-hit games, while the Ponies have now won five of their last six games.

BINGHAMTON STARTER: RHP Harol Gonzalez makes his fifth Eastern League start and first against Richmond. The Double-A rookie has lost his first four starts, including his last on July 31 against Hartford. Gonzalez has allowed at least eight hits and five earned runs in his of his first four starts.

ARMS DEALING: The Rumble Ponies pitching staff has compiled a 0.90 ERA in their last six games. Over that span they've allowed five earned runs over a 50.0 inning stretch.

JOEY BAG o' HITS: Joey Terdoslavich finished 2-for-4 in Tuesday's win, his seventh multi-hit game in the last 13 contests. Since July 31, Terdoslavich is hitting .400 (12-for-30) with 2 HR & 9 RBI.

SHOW PONIES: Binghamton has won five of their last six games. It's the first time since May 25 - 30 they have rattled off five wins in a six-game span.

FULL HOUSE: The 8,321 at The Diamond on Tuesday is the largest crowd the Ponies have played in front of this season.

ITS ALL IN THE HITS: Binghamton collected at least 10 hits on Tuesday for the third time in the last 11 games. The Rumble Ponies won all three ten-plus hit games and are 32-9 when they outhit the opponent. On the contrary, Binghamton is 15-47 when the opponent out hits them.

SHOW ME SOME GLOVE: The Rumble Ponies committed an error in each of the last four games. This comes on the heels of three straight games without committing a fielding blunder. Binghamton's defense ranks sixth in the Eastern League (.978), with 90 errors.

LEVI RISING: Levi Michael collected two doubles Tuesday, finishing 2-for-5. His 32nd multi-hit effort (26th two-hit game) of the season leads all Rumble Ponies. His .306 average ranks third in the Eastern League, while his 115 hits are second in the circuit.

ALL ALONE: Binghamton holds sole possession of third place in the Eastern Division. It's the first time since July 6, when the Ponies were 42-43.

SEASON SERIES: Binghamton and Richmond each have two wins in the season series - the Rumble Ponies have won back-to-back games.
