Road Trip: The Royals are now 3-1-0-0 on their ongoing five-game road trip. During the trip, Victoria has outscored their opponents 13-8. The club went 1-1-0-0 against the Blazers on this road swing.
BC Division Standings: The Royals sit in second place in the BC Division with 44 points (21-13-2-0) and trail the first place Blazers by seven points. However, Victoria has played two fewer games than Kamloops. The two teams will match-up four more times this season. The Royals will host the CHL's third ranked team in the Portland Winterhawks on Friday, January 10th and Saturday, January 11th. The Tri-City Americans then come to town for a pair of games on Tuesday, January 14th and Wednesday, January 15th.
