
Royals Season Opener Postponed

Omaha Storm Chasers News Release
OMAHA, NE - The Omaha Royals season opener, scheduled for tonight at Rosenblatt Stadium vs. the Albuquerque Isotopes, has been postponed due to rain and cold. The two teams are still scheduled for a 7:05 p.m. game on Friday, with a doubleheader slated for Saturday at 5:05 p.m. to make up for tonight's postponement.
Rosenblatt's gates open at 6:00 p.m. Friday and the 1st 2,500 fans receive an Omaha Royals magnet schedule, courtesy of CarMax. Werner Enterprises Fireworks follow Friday's contest, also presented by KFAB, KETV and The City Weekly!
On Saturday, the stadium gates will open at 3:00 p.m. and the 1st 1,500 fans will receive an Omaha Royals cap featuring the 1990's crown logo, courtesy of Werner Enterprises, 1620 The Zone, WOWT and The Reader! The doubleheader features two seven-inning games.
