Royals' Marketing Initiatives Take Shape

August 17, 2011 - Western Hockey League (WHL)
Victoria Royals News Release

Victoria, BC - The Victoria Royals are pleased to update that corporate sponsorship levels have reached an all time high as the team prepares for the 2011-12 Western Hockey League (WHL) season.

The Save-On-Foods Memorial Centre provides an assortment of marketing and advertising opportunities for the local business community. To date, these slots have sold at a record pace.

"The support from the corporate community has been phenomenal to this point," Senior Vice-President of Sales and Marketing Darren Parker said. "The Save-On-Foods Memorial Centre is proving to be the hub of activity from a sporting, entertainment and business standpoint in the city. It's a great place to watch a game and catch up with clients. We encourage any interested parties to get in touch as opportunities are becoming limited."

To this point, all in-ice advertising placements have been sold, while only five rink board spaces remain available.

Royals corporate suites are still available, which provide fantastic networking and entertainment options for groups. Benefits of being a suite holder include access to the Club Lounge, priority booking privileges in the Lion's Den Restaurant, two parking passes, access to a private suite-holders' entrance and the right to purchase additional tickets in the suite or stands.

The Royals kick off their home schedule vs. the Vancouver Giants on September 24th! Guarantee your spot at this historic game by purchasing season tickets (starting at $396) or Mini-Packs (starting at $87). For further details or to purchase your tickets today, visit the Victoria Royals Ticket Office, www.selectyourtickets.com/victoriaroyals, e-mail vrtickets@victoriaroyals.com, or call 250-220-7789.
