Victoria, BC - The Victoria Royals are pleased to announce that they have hired Andy Neal and Matt Human to their front office staff.

Neal and Human will both work as Managers of Communications and Hockey Operations Coordinators.

Neal joins the Royals after operating the Media Relations department for the Western Hockey League's (WHL) Prince George Cougars for the past two years. In addition to his administrative duties, Neal was also the Cougars' play-by-play voice this past season.

Neal began his career in radio and television broadcasting in 1999, including six seasons covering WHL and Junior A hockey action. He arrives in Victoria with his wife Sarah, and two daughters, Avery and Olivia.

Human comes to Victoria after working in the Media Relations and Communications department with Vancouver Whitecaps FC of Major League Soccer (MLS). The Kamloops, BC native recently graduated from the British Columbia Institute of Technology's School of Business with a diploma in Marketing Management - Communications, after being awarded his Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Victoria in 2008.
