Matt Auerbach returns as the Royals' Equipment Manager, Dylan Hermann is the club's Athletic Trainer and Jeff Compton will oversee Kinesiology for the Royals.

"Having Matt, Dylan and Jeff in our organization is key for our players to be prepared leading up to and during the season," General Manager and Head Coach Marc Habscheid said. "All three have strong experience working at a high level of hockey and are welcome assets to our club."

Auerbach returns for a sixth season with the Royals franchise as Equipment Manager. Auerbach spent the previous five seasons, all in Chilliwack, with the dual role of Athletic Trainer and Head Therapist. Compton has worked with the WHL's Prince Albert Raiders and in various capacities with several NHL teams, including the Vancouver Canucks, Dallas Stars, New York Rangers, Toronto Maple Leafs and Ottawa Senators.

The 44-year-old native of Ottawa, ON, is the president of Compton Sports, which delivers specialized development programs for athletes from youth to Olympic levels. He received a Bachelors of Science Degree in Human Performance in 1993 from the University of Ottawa and a Masters Degree in Exercise Physiology in 2006 from the University of Victoria.
