Rox One Win Away from the Playoffs

BROCKTON - The Rox are in control of their own destiny today as they face the New Jersey Jackals. They need to win just one more game and they are in the playoffs! Brockton will have more than just one chance to clinch a playoff spot today as they are slated to play a double header. Both games will be 7-inning contests with the first game starting at 5:05PM and the second to follow 30 minutes after the conclusion of the first. Tonight starts the five game series with the Jackals and the Rox have some great promotions planned to close out the regular season.

Friday, September 1st: It's Rocky Marciano's birthday! Come out to Campanelli for a birthday celebration and the last Friday Night Fireworks of the regular season.

Saturday, September 2nd: Put on your favorite hawaiian shirt and enjoy a "Cheeseburger in Paradise" as the Rox will be celebrating Jimmy Buffet Night, courtesy of WROR. From limbo contests to conga lines, you never know what we'll come up with next! First pitch is scheduled for 7:05PM.

Sunday, September 3rd: It's the last Family FUNday of the regular season, courtesy of the Bugaboo Creek Steak House. Play catch on the field, run the bases, and get autographs from all your favorite Rox players! First pitch is at 5:05PM but the FUN begins when the gates open at 4:00PM.

Monday, September 4th: Spend your Labor Day with the Rox as we pay tribute to you, the fans,on Fan Appreciation Day. Golden tickets will be hidden in various concession items throughout the day and if you find one, you win a great prize! Don't forget, Monday is a Labor Day Matinee and the first pitch is scheduled at 1:05PM.
