
Rox Fall to Thunder Bay on the Road 6-1

Thunder Bay, Ontario - The St. Cloud Rox and the Thunder Bay Border Cats finished up a six game stretch together in Thunder Bay Saturday night as the Rox fell 6-1.
The game was scoreless until the bottom of the third inning when the Border Cats posted a run to take a 1-0 lead over the Rox.
St. Cloud tied the game up in the top of the fifth as they posted one to make it a 1-1 game. Thunder Bay regained the lead in the bottom of the fifth as they put up two runs for a 3-1 lead over St. Cloud. The Border Cats would seal a 6-1 victory over the Rox in the bottom of the sixth posting another two runs and holding the Rox in the final innings of the game.
On the mound for the Rox was Evan Wolf pitching 4.1 and recording the loss on the night. Also seeing action on the mound was Bryce Jackson for 0.2 innings, Alex McRae for 1.0 innings, Adam Maxon for 1.0 innings, and Michael Healey for the final inning of the game.
The St. Cloud Rox (20-25, 6-4 Second Half) will be back in action Sunday night as they travel to Willmar taking on the Stingers for one game and then moving the series to St. Cloud on Monday. Game time on Sunday is slated for 6:05 p.m.
