ROUND ROCK, Texas - The Round Rock Express (2-3) earned its second straight win, this time with a 3-1 final score, over the El Paso Chihuahuas (3-2) thanks to two home runs during Saturday night's contest at Dell Diamond.
Express LHP Matt Moore (1-0, 0.00) went home with the win thanks to a scoreless 3.0 innings of relief that saw four strikeouts. Chihuahuas reliever RHP Pedro Avila (0-1, 9.00) was tagged with the loss after allowing three runs on four hits and one walk with four punchouts during his 3.0 frames.

El Paso avoided the shutout thanks to a Luis Campusano run in the seventh. The catcher knocked a single, moved to third thanks to a double from DH Aderlin Rodriguez then scored on a wild pitch.
Tanielu increased the Express lead to the eventual 3-1 final in the eighth inning when he knocked a 429-foot shot into left field.
