Rockets' Dillon Dube Added to Team WHL Roster

Toronto, ON - The Western Hockey League, in association with the Canadian Hockey League, have announced that forward Dillon Dube has been added to Team WHL's roster for the 2015 CHL Canada Russia Series, which begins Monday, November 9th in Kelowna, BC.

Dube is currently on pace for a career year in his sophomore season with the Kelowna Rockets. Through 14 games played, Dube has notched 23 points (10g-13a) which places him second in team scoring and ninth amongst all WHL skaters. In his rookie season, Dube amassed 27 points (17g-10a) in 45 games as well as 11 more (5g-6a) in 18 WHL Playoff contests.

The Cochrane, AB product was selected by the Rockets in the first round, 21st overall, of the 2013 WHL Bantam Draft. The 1998-born forward is eligible for the 2016 NHL Draft.

Dube will replace Swift Current Broncos forward Jake DeBrusk who is unable to participate due to injury.

The schedule for the 2015 Canada Russia Series is as follows:

Game 1 - Monday, November 9 at Kelowna, BC

Game 2 - Tuesday, November 10 at Kamloops, BC

Game 3 - Thursday, November 12 at Owen Sound, ON

Game 4 - Monday, November 16 at Windsor, ON

Game 5 - Tuesday, November 17 at Rouyn-Noranda, QC

Game 6 - Thursday, November 19 at Halifax, NS
