New Britain Rock Cats News Release

New Britain, CT - This evening's scheduled 6:35 PM game between the Rock Cats and visiting Binghamton Mets at New Britain Stadium has been Rained Out. It is the sixth home game lost to wet weather in New Britain this year.

Tonight's game will be made up on Wednesday night, May 25th, as part of a single-admission Doubleheader with Game 1 beginning at 5:05 PM. Both games will be 7-innings in duration, with Game 2 starting approximately 30 minutes after the completion of the opener.

Fans holding tickets for tonight's postponed game may exchange them for any other Regular Season game to be played at New Britain Stadium this year.

The Binghamton team - the Eastern League affiliate of the New York Mets - will be back at New Britain Stadium to play the Rock Cats tomorrow (Tuesday) night at 6:35, for the Doubleheader at 5:05 on Wednesday night and then again on Thursday morning at 10:35.
