
Rochester Americans players at World Gym tonight

(Rochester, NY)... Rochester Americans forwards Geoff Peters and Sean McMorrow will sign autographs at World Gym of Rochester tonight at 5:00 p.m. The event will run for an hour at the location at 1717 East Ave.
The Amerks currently lead the AHL with a 41-10-3-5 record (90 points). With their 5-2 victory Sunday vs. Syracuse, the Amerks broke a 40-year-old franchise record for consecutive home victories when they secured their 16th straight win.
Rochester will practice on Wednesday, March 2nd at the ESL Sports Centre from 10:00 a.m. to noon. On Thursday, March 3rd, the Amerks will hit the ice at 11:30 a.m. at The Blue Cross Arena at the Rochester War Memorial.
The team will then tackle a three-game in three-night stretch this week. The Amerks will host the Edmonton Road Runners at 7:35 p.m. at The Blue Cross Arena. The first 2,500 fans that night will receive an Amerks static window cling from FOODLINK.
The final two games this week have Rochester traveling to play the Manitoba Moose at the MTS Centre. The two-game road trip begins on Saturday, March 5th with an 8:30 p.m. contest. On Sunday, March 6th, Rochester battles the Moose at 4:00 p.m.
All three games will be broadcast on WHTK 1280-AM and amerks.com. Please note that the contest on Saturday will be joined in progress midway through the first period because of college basketball.
