Bararuk, Kinkel reassigned; Aeros.com hits up 23 percent in February

HOUSTON, Texas – The Houston Aeros have reassigned left wing David Bararuk to ECHL Louisiana and left wing Bill Kinkel to ECHL Pensacola, the teams announced Tuesday.

Bararuk scored one goal and was a plus-one in seven games with Houston. Kinkel went scoreless in one game last week versus Utah.

The Aeros return home after their five-game road trip this Wednesday to take on arch-rival San Antonio on Texas Independence Day at 7:05 p.m. It's an Aeros Happy Hour. In addition, the Aeros announced today that unique February visitors to aeros.com, the team's official website, were up 23.2 percent over February 2004. An average of 2,357 fans logged on to aeros.com each day in February, compared to 1,919 last year. Aeros.com has seen increases of 28.8 percent in October, 40.8 percent in November, 13.1 percent in December, 12.5 percent in January and now 23.2 percent in February. For the entire season, an average of 2,327 visitors log on daily, an increase of 21.7 percent over the 2003-04 season.
