Chilliwack Bruins News Release

The Chilliwack Bruins announced today that 19 year old forward David Robinson has left the team. Robinson who was in his third season with the club cited a lack of passion for the game as the reason for his decision.

"It was an extremely difficult decision to make," said Robinson. "Everyone in the Bruins organization has been so good to me and I would like to thank everyone for everything they have done for me. I'm really going to miss everyone here. This is a team on the rise and that made my decision that much more difficult."

Robinson is the Bruins all time leader in penalty minutes (265) and ranks second in games played (169).
