Prince Albert, Saskatchewan - The Prince Albert Raiders, currently fifth in the Western Hockey League's Eastern Conference standings are gearing up for another busy week on and off the ice. The week will culminate with the annual Teddy Bear Toss Friday when they host the Red Deer Rebels.

Here is the weeks' itinerary:

Monday, December 7

Go Raiders Go signs dropped off at sponsors. Raider players will be visiting a number of sponsors dropping off Go Raiders Go signs to be put up in windows!

Practice - 1:00 - 3:00 PM

Read with the Raiders- 5:30 PM John M. Culueneare Public Library

The 7th season of this award winning club continues with kids invited to come to the library for the reading club with the Raiders! Ryan Harrison, Mark McNeill, Emerson Hrynyk and Sean Aschim will be reading with club members as the Raiders encourage young fans and their reading habits. Read with the Raiders is sponsored by the PA Rotary Club, SaskTel and the PA Daily Herald.

Wednesday, December 9

Moose Jaw Warriors at Raiders - 7:00 PM

Canadian Forces Night - come see displays of Canadian Forces equipment and information and Support Our Troops! Forces vehicles will be on the front pad of the Art Hauser Centre and on the ice in between periods. There will be a display set up in the Johnny Bower Lobby.

Friday, December 11

Red Deer Rebels at Raiders - 7:00 PM

9th Annual Canadian Tire Teddy Bear Night! When the Raiders score their first goal, fans are encouraged to toss a new or gently used stuffed animal onto the ice! They will be collected and distributed by the Salvation Army for Christmas and also given to Teddy Bears Anonymous for distribution to young patients at the Victoria Hospital. Make a purchase of $30 or more at Canadian Tire and get 2 tickets to the game FREE while quantities last!
