Trenton, NJ: The Road Warriors knocked off the Trenton Titans 3-0 with help from Bryan Hince's first career shutout.

The first period was a stalemate as both teams put great opportunities on net but were not able to beat the goaltenders. Greenville had two powerplays in the period but were held without a goal.

The second period was just as thrilling as the first but still brought big saves and no scoring from either team. The Road Warriors outshot the Titans in the period 14-8 and continued pressure on the goaltender Scott Wedgewood. Both teams had a powerplay in the period but neither squad was able to convert.

The Road Warriors broke the scoreless tie 4:01 into the third with a Scott Pitt one-timer from Bretton Cameron. Brendan Connolly would also get the assist on Pitt's fourth goal of the year. Jeremy Gouchie would score a shorthanded goal on a breakaway beating Wedgewood for his fourth of the year. Cameron would get another assist as he chipped the puck to Gouchie who had the defense beat. The Titans had multiple opportunities on Hince with back to back powerplays. Hince held the Titans scoreless even through the closing minutes with the extra attacker. A massive brawl would occur with two minutes left that sent five players off the ice with game misconducts. The series of penalties left the Road Warriors with the powerplay to end the game. Marc-Olivier Vallerand would net the final goal on the powerplay scoring into the empty net. Wedgewood took the loss in net stopping 35 of 37 shots. Hince was victorious with his first career shutout stopping all 33 shots.
