Tonight's Matchup: The San Francisco Bulls search for their fourth consecutive win after dismantling the Ontario Reign, 5-1, last night at home. The win snapped Ontario's seven-game winning streak and gives the Bulls their longest winning streak of the season. Tonight, they take on the Stockton Thunder for the second time this season. In their first meeting, the Bulls defeated the Thunder, 4-1, at the Cow Palace on November 9.

Black Friday treated the Bulls well as they took on the Pacific Division-leading Reign. Marek Viedensky led the way with a season-high five points (2 goals, 3 assists). Peter Sivak chipped in with a goal and two assists for his second consecutive three-point game.

For the fourth time in five games, the Bulls scored first on Viedensky's first of the night. Ontario tied the game in the first period, but Alex Tuckerman recorded his second goal, late in the opening frame for a 2-1 Bulls lead. In the second period, the Bulls added to their lead. Viedensky made it 3-1 and Sivak, on the power play, put the Bulls on top 4-1 through 40 minutes. Dean Ouellet tallied his team-leading seventh goal in the third period for a 5-1 final.

Thomas Heemskerk recorded his third consecutive victory, turning aside 28 of 29 Ontario shots. With an assist, Justin Bowers extended his point streak to a season-long six games (1 goal, 6 assists). Sivak also has a five-game point streak (3 goals, 6 assists). Sacha Guimond also earned an assist, giving him six points (1 goals, 5 assists) in the past three games.

For toppling the Reign, the Bulls now face the new Pacific Division leaders, the Stockton Thunder. Stockton came away with a 6-3 victory at home, last night against the Bakersfield Condors. Gabriel Levesque paced the Thunder with three points (1 goal, 2 assists). Cody Reichard earned his third victory of the season.

Stockton has won three straight games, and sits one point ahead of Ontario. But they will be without their two leading scorers, Toni Rajala and Philippe Cornet. The two forwards were recently recalled their AHL affiliate, the Oklahoma City Barons. Harrison Reed is the team's active leading scorer with 16 points in 15 games. Goaltender Tyler Bunz leads Stockton with eight wins.
