Charleston RiverDogs News Release

CHARLESTON, SC - Friday night's contest between the Charleston RiverDogs and the Savannah Sand Gnats at Joseph P. Riley, Jr. Park was postponed due to inclement weather that caused the facility to lose power in addition to surrounding areas on the Charleston peninsula.

The RiverDogs and Sand Gnats will play a doubleheader Saturday, with the first game set to begin at 4:05 p.m. Both games will be seven innings in length.

Right-hander Sean Black (5-7, 4.30) is set to pitch the first game for Charleston, while Savannah counters with right-hander Armando Rodriguez (6-6, 3.18). Game 2 features Charleston's left-hander Josh Romanski (7-3, 3.36) facing off against Savannah's left-hander Darin Gorski (4-6, 3.68).

All tickets purchased for Friday's game will be redeemable for any RiverDogs game throughout the rest of the 2010 season. For more information on tickets for future games, visit www.riverdogs.com or contact the RiverDogs Box Office at (843) 577-DOGS (3647).
