River Rats Recall Micflikier

ALBANY, NY-The Albany River Rats Announced today that the American Hockey League club has recalled forward Jacob Micflikier from the Florida Everblades of the East Coast Hockey League.

Micflikier, 25, scored 24 points (10 goals, 14 assists) in 10 games this season for Florida. The third-year professional signed a standard player contract with Albany on September 10, 2009 and attended River Rats training camp before being loaned to the Everblades on September 29, 2009. Micflikier has totaled 25 points (8 goals, 17 assists) in 56 AHL games split between Springfield and Rochester. The undrafted left wing has 85 points (30 goals, 55 assists) in 49 games at the ECHL level.
