
River Cats Close out Regular Season at Home against Aces

WEST SACRAMENTO, Calif. - The River Cats return home for their last regular season homestand of 2014, featuring five games against the Reno Aces-the Triple-A affiliate of the Arizona Diamondbacks with the division title and a spot in the playoffs on the line. The homestand, presented by Wear It California!, will feature two fireworks shows, Miller Lite Thirsty Thursday, Swing for the Cure, Sleepover Night, and Fan Appreciation Night.
Thursday, Aug. 28 vs. Reno Aces - 7:05 p.m.
- Miller Lite Thirsty Thursday : Enjoy $2 Miller & Miller Lite beer at Raley Field.
- Motorcycle Night : Take part in a pregame bike show & ride around the field to show off your hog.
Friday, Aug. 29 vs. Reno Aces - 7:05 p.m.
- Fireworks Friday : Enjoy a fireworks display after the game.
- Swing for the Cure : Help support the fight against breast cancer by bidding on pink player-worn jerseys for charity.
- Diamonds are a Girl's Best Friend : A special women's package featuring a ticket, two glasses of wine, a meet & greet with players, and Baseball 101 from River Cats manager Steve Scarsone.
Saturday, Aug. 30 vs. Reno Aces - 7:05 p.m.
- Sutter Health Fireworks Saturday : Sutter Health is once again partnering with the River Cats to bring you fireworks across the Sacramento skyline after every Saturday home game this season.
- Sleepover Night : Spend the night on the field after the game & watch a snowy princess movie on the big screen. Don't "Let it go" before it's too late.
Sunday, Aug. 31 vs. Reno Aces - 5:05 p.m.
- K-LOVE Sunday Funday : Kids of all ages will enjoy face painters and balloon artists, and the opportunity to "Run the Bases" on the field after every Sunday home game.
- Home Grown Night : Celebrate your Home Grown baseball club by bidding on player-signed Home Grown-themed jerseys for charity.
- The Bachelor Appearance : Clare Crawley from The Bachelor will throw out the first pitch and dish about Juan Pablo.
Monday, Sep. 1 vs. Reno Aces - 1:05 p.m.
- Cache Creek Baseball Bingo Monday : Try your luck at baseball bingo every Monday at Raley Field, courtesy of Cache Creek Casino Resort.
- Fan Appreciation Day : Join us as we celebrate Raley Field's best quality-the fans. Pregame player autographs, endless giveaways, and much more.
