Mobile, AL - The Milwaukee Brewers have made a roster move that will impact their Double-A affiliate Huntsville Stars prior to the start of tonight's game in Mobile. RHP Robert Hinton has been transferred to Huntsville from Triple-A Nashville.
Hinton went 1-0 with a 7.88 ERA in six appearances for the Sounds. He walked four and struck out nine in eight innings of work. Hinton started the season with Nashville and was transferred to Huntsville for 13 appearances. He went 1-0 with a 2.50 ERA in those 18 innings with the Stars.
With this move the Stars active roster sits at 24, the Southern League limit.
The Stars continue a five-game road trip in Mobile with a game tonight at 7:05 p.m. They return home for a ten-game homestand on Thursday, June 9 with Bud Light Thirst-Aid Thursday.
