Rep's to Host Falcons Road Broadcasts and First Installment of Fresno Sports Weekly

Fresno, Calif. - The Fresno Falcons announced today that all 36 road games during the 2007-2008 season will be shown at Rep's Sports Bar, courtesy of B2 Networks.

Rep's is located at 3874 North Blackstone Avenue, between Ashlan and Dakota. Each of the broadcasts will be shown on one of Rep's 10 flat screen televisions, while also enjoying food from Super Taco Taqueria, which is located inside of Rep's, as well as a fully stocked bar.

The first broadcast of the season at Rep's is this Saturday, when the Falcons travel to Bakersfield for a 7:00 p.m. face-off against the Condors.

Rep's will also host the first weekly installment of "Fresno Sports Weekly," featuring Falcons broadcaster Joe Babik and head coach Matt Thomas, on Wednesday, October 24, from 6:00 until 6:30 p.m. The show will air live on 790 ESPN Radio, The Deuce.

The Falcons open the 2007-08 regular season on Friday, October 19, hosting the Las Vegas Wranglers at 7:30 p.m. for an Opening Night Extravaganza, presented by Eye Q Vision Care. The first 1,000 kids 12 and under receive a replica Luke Curtin Falcons' jersey. Opening Night is also "Soccer Night in Fresno" and "Rally Around Citizens with Disabilities Night." Tickets for all Falcons home games can be purchased at the Save Mart Center Box Office, or through TicketMaster at (559) 485-8497 or www.ticketmaster.com. All Falcons' games are broadcast on 790 ESPN Radio, The Deuce, starting 15 minutes prior to face-off with the Port of Subs Pre-Game Show.
