Albuquerque hit four home runs and pounded out 17 hits in Monday's 10-7 win over the RedHawks in the final game of the regular season.
The Isotopes took three of four in the series. The RedHawks failed to hold early 2-1 and 6-5 leads and finish the season 81-63 and East Division champions.
Oklahoma takes on Iowa in the first round, best-of-five American Conference Championship series beginning Wednesday at 7:05 in Des Moines.
John Hudgins (0-1) allowed the tying and go ahead runs in the fifth to take the loss. Former RedHawk Clint Sodowsky (9-7) pitched 2 2/3 strong innings in relief for the win.
Chad Allen went 3-for-5 and finished the year second in the PCL in hitting at .358, an Oklahoma City Triple-A record for batting average in a full season.
Jeff Pickler contributed two doubles and three RBIs, while Santiago Perez went 2-for-3 with two RBIs.
