Albuquerque scored in each of the first five innings to defeat the Oklahoma RedHawks 9-2 on Sunday night in front of 11,584 at Isotopes Park.

Matt Padgett recorded his 92nd RBI of the season in the first inning, scoring Joe Dillon with the games' first run. Drew Niles drove in Rob Ryan in the second, putting the ‘Topes up 2-0 before Padgett tripled in the third, knocking in another run for a 3-0 lead. Josh Wilson then knocked in Padgett to close out the inning. Albuquerque would score two more times in the fourth for a 6-0 lead before the RedHawks got to Isotopes starter Michael Nannini for two runs in the fifth. Nannini (9-10) earned the win, allowing two runs on four hits over 7.0 innings.

Albuquerque (66-77) finishes out the 2004 season Monday afternoon against the RedHawks (81-62). Matt Blank will take the mound as the Isotopes try to take the series.
