Redbirds Hold MLGW Idea Night and Celebrate 1,000th Game

MEMPHIS, TN - Tonight, Tuesday July 19, at AutoZone Park, the Memphis Redbirds will be encouraging fans to give their feedback for next year's season. Ushers will be handing out paper and pencil during the game for fans to have a chance to share their ideas. Upon exit, light bulbs will be handed out sponsored by MLGW.
Tomorrow, Wednesday July 20th, the Redbirds will celebrate their 1,000th home game in Memphis. A lucky row will win 1,000 milliliters of Coca Cola, there will be a Thousand Island dressing giveaway and if a Redbirds player bats 1.000, one fan will win the scorecard from the game.
The Memphis Redbirds continue their four-game series against the Omaha Storm Chasers (Kansas City Royals Triple-A affiliate) tonight and tomorrow with first pitch scheduled at 7:05 p.m. For ticket information call 901.721.6000 or visit memphisredbirds.com.
