Red Claws Complete Trades on Eve of Draft

PORTLAND - October 30, 2015 - The Maine Red Claws, presented by Unum, announce two trades on the eve of the 2015 NBA D-League Draft.
The Red Claws acquired the second round selection in tomorrow's draft from the Fort Wayne Mad Ants. In return, Fort Wayne receives Maine's own original 2015 second round pick, and a third round pick in this year's draft, which originally belonged to Oklahoma City.
Additionally, the Red Claws traded for the Westchester Knicks' second round pick. The Knicks receive in return a second round pick (originally owned by Reno) and Maine's original third round selection.
The Red Claws' training camp begins on Monday. Maine opens the season on the road Nov. 12 at Westchester. The Red Claws will return home for their home opener on Nov. 20.
