Regina, Saskatchewan - The Regina Pats lost a third straight game on Saturday night, 6-2 at the hands of the Lethbridge Hurricanes at the Brandt Centre. The Hurricanes drew first blood on the powerplay but Robbie Holmes responded for Regina with his seventh of the year and it was 1-1 after the opening 20. Lethbridge took over in the second frame, scoring four times to lead 5-1 heading to the third. Matt Bradley got one back with his team leading 21st of the season but that was as close as the Pats would get in a 6-2 defeat. Lethbridge outshot Regina 37-35 in the win, the Pats powerplay was oh for four and the penalty kill three for seven. The Pats (16-16-3-0) will wrap up their first half schedule on Sunday in Saskatoon against the Blades. Puck drops at 4 on 620 CKRM.
