Rebels Trade Rowland to Kamloops

Red Deer Rebels Owner/President/General Manager Brent Sutter announced today that the club has completed a trade with the Kamloops Blazers.

The Rebels have dealt 19-year-old forward Ethan Rowland to the Blazers in exchange for a fifth-round selection in the 2024 Western Hockey League Prospects Draft, which could become a fourth-round selection in 2024 based on games played.

Rowland was selected by the Rebels in the first round, 22nd overall at the 2017 WHL Prospects Draft. In 95 career games with the club, the Calgary native has collected 18 points.
