Regina, Sask. - The Regina Pats announced Monday that they have acquired 2003-born forward Logan Linklater from the Prince Albert Raiders in exchange for a conditional eighth round pick in the 2023 WHL Prospects Draft.

Linklater, 18, has played in 26 games with the Saskatchewan Junior Hockey League's Kindersley Klippers this season, scoring eight goals and adding six assists for 14 points. The Kindersley, Sask., native, appeared in 22 games with the Raiders last season, scoring five points (1G-4A).

The 5-foot-10, 160 lb. forward was drafted in the sixth round by the Raiders in the 2018 WHL Bantam Draft, and previously played for the Swift Current Legionnaires U18 program from 2018-2020.

"We saw him in the Hub last year and liked what we saw," Regina Pats GM and Head Coach John Paddock said. "It's a chance to add some depth to our forward group."
