Rebels Trade Dmytriw To Vancouver

RED DEER, AB - Brent Sutter, General Manager/Head Coach of the Red Deer Rebels Hockey Club, announced today the trade of 19-year old forward Jared Dmytriw to the Vancouver Giants in exchange for a 3rd round selection in the 2018 Western Hockey League Bantam Draft.

Dmytriw is in his fourth year in the WHL, he has played 205 WHL regular season games, scoring 35 goals and 24 assists for 59 career points. He has also played in 26 WHL playoff games, scoring 3 goals and 5 assists for 8 points. Dmytriw was acquired earlier this season from the Victoria Royals for 19-year old defenceman Jared Freadrich.
