Rebels Swap Picks With Brandon; Acquire Nathan Green

RED DEER, AB - Brent Sutter, President/Owner of the Red Deer Rebels Hockey Club, announced today a trade with the Brandon Wheat Kings. The Rebels acquired 20-year old forward Nathan Green and the 41st selection (previously dealt by Medicine Hat to Brandon) in the Canadian Hockey League Import Draft in exchange for the Rebels 14th overall pick in the CHL Import Draft.

Nathan Green will be entering his fourth year in the Western Hockey League. He has played the previous three seasons with the Wheat Kings. Brandon selected Green in the 4th round, 67th overall, of the 2004 WHL Bantam Draft.
