RED DEER, AB - Brent Sutter, President/Owner of the Red Deer Rebels Hockey Club, announced today they traded defenceman Mike Scarborough, and the rights to defenceman Dominic Perrault, to the Regina Pats. In exchange for the two players, the Rebels receive a 6th round selection in the 2009 Western Hockey League Bantam Draft and a 5th round pick in the 2010 WHL Bantam Draft.
Scarborough, 18, has played 78 games with the Red Deer Rebels over two seasons, scoring 1 goal and 5 assists for 6 points.
