Real Salt Lake Continues Two-Game Road Swing against San Jose

HERRIMAN, Utah - Real Salt Lake continues its two-game series in California against San Jose Earthquakes on Wednesday, September 15 at 8:30 p.m. MT at PayPal Park.

The match will be broadcast live on KMYU and can be accessed locally via live stream on the KSL TV app. ESPN700 will carry the English radio broadcast and Spanish-speaking fans can tune in on KBMG Latino 106.3, La Gran D 102.3 and KTUB 1600.

What a Ride

The last time the two sides faced each other, Rubio Rubin made global headlines with his spectacular bicycle-kick goal that won MLS Goal of the Week and became an early contender for MLS Goal of the Year. However, late-game heroics from MLS's all-time leading goal scorer Chris Wondolowski in the 83rd and 87th minutes gave San Jose Earthquakes the victory.

Real Salt Lake enters Wednesday's match having lost the previous five road matches. The match is crucial for RSL in maintaining current playoff positioning, as San Jose sits just behind with 27 points. There are currently 11 matches remaining - including Wednesday - six of which are on the road as each remaining match proving crucial to the overall playoff picture in the Western Conference.
