
Rays Set New Attedance Record of 10,568 on Saturday

South Carolina Stingrays News Release
The South Carolina Stingrays played two games last week and finished the week 1-1-0.
First, the Florida Everblades came to town on Thursday night. This was the first meeting of the teams in over a month. The Stingrays were shut-out for the first time since Jan. 19, 2007, a span of 142 regular season games, and the team lost 4-0.
On Saturday night, 10,568 fans packed the house and watched the Stingrays defeat the Mississippi Sea Wolves 6-2. Six different Stingrays scored goals in Ian Vigier's 6th win: Spencer Carbery, Michael Dubuc, Brad Farynuk, Mike Curry, Maxime Lacroix and Scott Romfo.

Michael Dubuc is 6th among rookies in points (35), and 4th in goals (21). Maxime Lacroix is 11th in points (30), and 5th in goals (19).
Captain Brad Farynuk is 6th among defensemen with 24 points, and 3rd in goals (8). Nate Kiser is 2nd with 97 penalty minutes.
The Rays power play is 4th in the league at 21.5% and 6th on the penalty kill with 86.3%.
