SAN ANTONIO (October 3, 2007) - The San Antonio Rampage, the Phoenix Coyotes top affiliate, announced today that they have signed left wing Chris Durno and center Cam Paddock to Professional Tryout Offers (PTO). The Rampage open their sixth AHL season Saturday (Oct. 6) against Dallas Stars affiliate Iowa with the following 23 players:

The Phoenix Coyotes sent defenseman Brendan Bell to San Antonio late yesterday, and right wing Bill Thomas was sent to San Antonio on Monday. In addition, center Tyler Redenbach and defenseman Sean Sullivan have been assigned to the Arizona Sundogs, the Rampage's Central Hockey League affiliate. Tryout invitees of goaltender David McKee and center Dusty Collins were released from camp.
The American Hockey League begins its 72nd season tonight as an all-time high of 29 teams start down the road to the 2008 Calder Cup championship. The Rampage open their regular season at 7 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 6 against the Iowa Stars at the AT&T Center. Season ticket packages have been greatly reduced and are on sale now.
