
Season Premiere Of Bud Light Hog Talk Set For Monday

Rockford, Ill.- Another Rockford IceHogs season is set to get underway this weekend and another season of Bud Light Hog Talk is slated to begin on Monday. Throughout the course of the 2007-08 season, IceHogs fans can join the team at Cousin's Bar and Grill in Rockford for the weekly talk show.
Bud Light Hog Talk will once again take place on Monday nights and will run from 6:30-7:30 p.m. For the first time in four seasons, the show will be broadcast live on the radio as 1330-AM WNTA, the IceHogs flagship radio station, will broadcast all of the Hog Talks live. Jim Stone and Double T, from 104.9-FM WXRX, will host the show.
The show is interactive as fans can ask Hogs players and coaches questions while enjoying great food and Bud Light specials at Cousin's. The IceHogs will hold a raffle for prizes for all fans in attendance. This week's show will feature IceHogs rookie winger Jack Skille and defenseman Prestin Ryan. Also each week, either Head Coach Mike Haviland or Assistant Coach Ted Dent will join the show.

ONLY A FEW SPOTS REMAIN ON FAN BUS FOR OPENER IN QUAD CITY
The fan bus in which the IceHogs have set up for this Saturday's season opener in Quad City is filling up fast! Only a few seats remain. To reserve your seat, contact Amanda Smallwood at the IceHogs office at (815) 986-6465. Cost is $35 per person and the price includes tickets to the IceHogs-Flames game and round trip transportation.
The bus will depart from the Rockford MetroCentre in downtown Rockford on Saturday, from the Elm St. side of the MetroCentre, at 4 p.m. Seats must be reserved by 12 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 3. Alcoholic beverages are prohibited on the bus.
