San Antonio TX - The San Antonio Rampage scored all three of their goals on the power play and handed the Abbotsford Heat a 3-1 loss here in the Alamo City.
Brett MacLean scored a pair of goals, including his team leading 16th, in the win for the Rampage (15-15-3-1), and also had a single from Chad Kolarik. Jamie Lundmark scored the only goal on the night for the HEAT (16-16-2-3), his ninth goal of the season.
But the story of the night was the power play, as the Rampage were 3/6 against the Heat and thru the first three games of their season series are 7 for 21 with the man advantage. The Rampage have now beaten Abbotsford in all three meetings this season.
The Heat fall to .500 for the first time this season and will look to avoid the season sweep on Saturday in San Antonio.
